Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan. Bake for around 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the brownies bake, combine peanut butter, milk, and powdered sugar in another bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Once the brownies have cooled, spread the peanut butter frosting over the top and cut into squares.
