Baked Brie Recipe
Ingredients
1 round of brie cheese (about 250 g)
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of nuts (like walnuts or pecans)
1/4 cup of dried fruit (like cranberries or apricots)
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
1 French baguette or crackers for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Place the round of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle the honey over the top of the brie.
4. Sprinkle the nuts, dried fruit, and herbs on top if you’re using them.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
