Method
1. Begin by mixing the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
2. Gradually add the water and olive oil. Stir until the mixture turns into a smooth dough.
3. Roll the dough out on a floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Transfer the rolled dough to the air fryer toaster oven and spread the tomato sauce on top.
5. Add the dairy-free cheese, fresh basil, and any other toppings you like. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden brown.
