Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup BBQ pork, diced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon cornflour
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Method
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt together.
2. Pour the warm water into the dry ingredients and knead to form a dough.
3. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.
4. While waiting, combine the BBQ pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, and green onions in a separate bowl.
5. Once the dough has risen, divide it into small pieces, fill each with pork mixture, and steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
