Method
1. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper on top.
3. Drizzle olive oil, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice over the mixture.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for about 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the pot.
