Crispy Kurkuri Bhindi And Onion Masala Recipe For Flavorful Meals

Ingredients

– 250 g ladyfinger (bhindi)
– 1 large onion
– 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

1. Begin by washing the ladyfinger, then cut off the ends and slice them into thin pieces.
2. Slice the onion into thin rings and set aside.
3. Mix the chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl. Add in the sliced ladyfinger and coat them well with the mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds before adding the ladyfinger mixture. Fry until they are crispy.
5. Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until they become golden. Sprinkle garam masala on top and stir well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
