Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup plain flour
2 large eggs
2 tbsp water
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Start by setting up a breading station with three bowls. Place flour in the first bowl, whisk eggs and water in the second, and mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the third.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour first, shaking off excess. Then, coat it in the egg mixture. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mix until fully covered.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
