Method
1. Start by patting the shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until smooth.
4. Place the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
5. Dip each shrimp first in the flour mix, then in the egg, and finally coat with the coconut and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
