Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 1/2 cup hot sauce
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with foil.
2. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, combine baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
4. Add the dry mix to the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
5. Arrange the wings on the baking tray in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes until they are crispy, turning halfway through. Brush with melted butter mixed with hot sauce before serving.
