Method
Start by mixing flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Pour in the beer and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
Dip the prawns into the batter, then carefully place them in the hot oil.
Fry each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
