Crispy Air Fryer Tempeh With Gochujang Glaze And Snow Peas

Ingredients

– 300 g tempeh, cut into small cubes
– 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 2 cups snow peas
– Cooking oil spray
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Sesame seeds, for garnish

Method

1. Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees C.
2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
3. Toss tempeh cubes in the sauce and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
4. Place marinated tempeh in the air fryer basket. Spray some cooking oil over them and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Serve with snow peas and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
