Method
1. Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into thin strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in water with vinegar for about 30 minutes.
3. Drain the water and dry the potatoes with a clean towel.
4. In a large bowl, combine the potato strips with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the seasoned potatoes in the fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
