Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Recipe For A Healthy Meal

Ingredients

– 500 g chicken tenders
– 1 cup flour
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Cooking spray

Method

1. Start by preparing your workspace. Set up three bowls. Place flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the first bowl.
2. Crack the eggs into the second bowl and whisk them until well combined. Put breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, making sure it’s fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.
4. Next, dip the tender into the egg, then roll it in breadcrumbs, pressing down to ensure they’re packed on well.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Cook chicken for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
