Ingredients
– 250 g fresh spinach
– 1 can (400 g) artichoke hearts
– 150 g cream cheese
– 100 g sour cream
– 100 g grated cheese
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Rinse the spinach and cook it in a pan until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
3. Chop the cooled spinach and the artichoke hearts finely.
4. In a bowl, mix the spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper as desired.
5. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and golden.
