Creamy Cottage Cheese Pasta Sauce Recipe: Quick & Delicious!

Ingredients
500 g pasta
250 g cottage cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup spinach leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set it aside once done.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
3. Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spinach has wilted.
4. Mix in the cottage cheese. Combine it well with the other ingredients. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and mix everything together until well combined.
