Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, diced
– 400g gnocchi
– 400g crushed tomatoes
– 250ml cream
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 100g spinach
Method
1. In a large pan, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until it is golden brown.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes soft.
3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes along with the dried basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer.
4. After about 5 minutes, mix in the cream and spinach. Allow this to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Finally, add the gnocchi and stir until everything is combined and heated through. Serve warm.
