Ingredients
– 1 cup butter
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup cocoa powder
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1 cup dried cranberries

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in both sugars until smooth.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
4. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, pecans, and cranberries until just combined.
5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
