Ingredients
– 500 g green beans, trimmed
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
– 60 ml olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 240 ml vegetable stock
– 240 ml plant-based cream
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 1 cup crispy onions
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in olive oil until they are soft.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in vegetable stock and plant-based cream. Mix in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
5. Combine the green beans in the mixture and pour everything into a baking dish. Top with crispy onions. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
