Ingredients

  • 600 g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 400 ml creamy mushroom soup
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender. Stir in the soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the sauce with the green beans in a baking dish. Top with fried onions and bake for 25 minutes.
