Ingredients
- 600 g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 400 ml creamy mushroom soup
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender. Stir in the soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the sauce with the green beans in a baking dish. Top with fried onions and bake for 25 minutes.
