Ingredients
– 6 large eggs
– 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
– Paprika, for garnish
– Fresh chives, for garnish
Method
1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
2. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat.
3. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 12 minutes. After that, cool them under cold running water.
4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
5. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika and chopped chives for garnish.
