Ingredients
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 120 g chili flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 30 ml vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
- Combine water, soy sauce, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add chili flakes, minced garlic, and salt to the mixture.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and mix in vinegar, vegetable oil, and sesame oil.
