Chewy Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe For Fall

Ingredients
125 g unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
4. Stir in the flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and chocolate chips until combined.
5. Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
