Ingredients
600 g butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups pasta
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method
Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Toss the butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread it on a baking tray. Roast for about 25 minutes or until tender.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta cooks, combine the roasted squash, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a large bowl.

Mix everything until well combined. When the pasta is done, drain and add it to the squash mixture. Stir until fully coated.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. Place the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
