Method
1. Begin by mixing chickpea flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
2. Gradually add water while stirring until the mixture becomes a smooth batter.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan to form a small pancake.
5. Cook until both sides turn golden brown, then sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
