Ingredients
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
4 Makki (corn) flour rotis
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
4. Mix in the cabbage and spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve the cabbage bhurji with warm Makki ki rotis.
