Ingredients
– 2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– ½ teaspoon of baking soda
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– 1 cup of milk
– ½ cup of vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 cup of chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
