Ingredients
125 g unsalted butter, softened
200 g peanut butter
150 g brown sugar
100 g granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
150 g chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
