Ingredients

– 500g ground turkey
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 400g can diced tomatoes
– 400g can kidney beans, drained
– 400g can black beans, drained
– 240ml chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin

Method

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned and the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the red bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chicken broth, chili powder, and cumin to the pot.
4. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve warm and enjoy.
