Ingredients

Method
- Begin by mixing all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, including the flour, semolina, spices, and salt.
- Add the mashed potatoes to the dry mixture and combine everything well.
- Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Knead it for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolled puris until they puff up and turn golden brown.
