Ingredients

– 4 medium sweet potatoes

– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 2 tablespoons parsley

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
3. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4. Toss the sweet potato slices in the oil mixture until they are well coated.
