Ingredients
* 200 g whole wheat flour
* 100 g semolina
* 90 ml ghee
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt
* 150 ml water
* 200 g jaggery
* 200 g whole baked bread crumbs
* 1 tsp cardamom powder
* 250 ml panchratna dal
Method
1. Mix the whole wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Melt the ghee and add it to the dry ingredients.
2. Gradually pour in the water and knead until a soft dough forms. Set it aside for about 30 minutes.
3. To make the filling, combine the jaggery, bread crumbs, and cardamom powder in another bowl. Mix thoroughly.
4. Divide the dough into equal portions. Flatten each piece, place some filling in the center, and seal it well.
5. Bake the stuffed baati in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with panchratna dal.
