Baked Panko Breaded Salmon Recipe: Crispy, Flavorful & Easy!

Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 1 lemon, sliced

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
4. Coat the salmon with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it onto the fish.
5. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray with lemon slices around them and bake for 15-20 minutes.
