Ingredients
– 4 cups water
– 450g fish or seafood of your choice
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 medium tomato, diced
– 2 cups leafy greens (like spinach or bok choy)
– 1 cup radish, sliced
– 2 tablespoons miso paste
– 2 green chilies, sliced
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Boil the water in a large pot. Once it’s boiling, add the onion and tomato. Cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the fish or seafood to the pot. Let it cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Stir in the miso paste until it’s completely dissolved. Then add the radish and green chilies.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the leafy greens and cook until they are wilted.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish warm in bowls.
