Method

1. Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight. Ensure they are fully submerged.
2. Drain the soaked chickpeas and place them in a food processor. Add onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, baking powder, and salt.
3. Blend the mixture until it reaches a coarse consistency. Transfer it to a bowl and mix in flour.
