2 tablespoons lime juice

Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and chili powder. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the coconut milk, then add the sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower the heat.
