Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined

- 2 green chilies, slit

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Next, add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions become soft.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the cleaned prawns. Cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
