Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (400 ml)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, then sauté until soft.
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken, carrots, and sautéed onions.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, chicken stock, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
