Ingredients
– 200 g wonton wrappers

– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 30 ml sesame oil
Method
1. Start by frying the wonton wrappers in a pan until crispy, then let them cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and spring onions.
3. Add chopped cilantro and roasted peanuts to the bowl, mixing everything together well.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil to create the dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently before serving on top of the crispy wontons.
