Ingredients
– 1 cup almond butter
– 1/3 cup maple syrup
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl, then stir until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if you’re using them.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden.
