Chocolate Malted Crunch Ice Cream
Ingredients
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup milk
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup malt powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls
– Pinch of salt
Method
1. Combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, malt powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until everything is well blended.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to churn it until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips and crushed malted milk balls until they are evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the ice cream to a container. Cover it with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
