Ingredients
– 1 cup pumpkin puree

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, honey, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
