Ingredients
4 large eggs

Method
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
In a separate pan, heat a little butter and add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender and caramelized.
Pour the pancake batter into a large baking dish and spoon the caramelized apples on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are puffed and golden brown.
