Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tub chocolate frosting
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
Combine the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla in another bowl, then pour this mixture into the dry ingredients.
Stir until everything is blended, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
