1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut, mixing gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
