Frosted Fudge Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 large egg
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate frosting
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a round cake pan.
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl.
Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
After cooling the cake, spread chocolate frosting evenly on top.
