Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a Bundt cake pan with butter or oil.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
5. Fold in the chopped apples and nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
