Ingredients
125 ml Guinness beer
125 ml vegetable oil
250 g sugar
2 large eggs
150 g plain flour
65 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
250 g cream cheese
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a cupcake tin with paper cases.
Mix the Guinness and vegetable oil in a large bowl.
Add the sugar and eggs, then whisk until well combined.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake cases and bake for about 20 minutes.
