Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
75 ml vegetable oil
200 g brown sugar
1 egg
240 ml milk
260 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large apples, peeled and diced
50 g walnuts, chopped
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the oil, brown sugar, and egg until combined.
3. Stir in the milk, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until the batter is smooth.
4. Fold in the diced apples and walnuts gently.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
