Ingredients

250 ml milk
250 g sugar
4 large eggs
300 g grated courgette (zucchini)
300 g all-purpose flour
100 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
