Apple Pumpkin Cake Recipe
Ingredients
300 g pumpkin puree
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup applesauce
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, applesauce, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring gently until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
